In her role as HR Officer & Administrator, Nicola is responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR & HR Admin function across CAe.

Nicola is currently studying her Masters in HR and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Nicola has a broad commercial background, covering recruitment, marketing, sales and general management.
